These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the RETA MD website and telehealth services operated by Reta MD Holdings LLC. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Description of Services

RETA MD provides telehealth-based healthcare services, including: • Online medical consultations with licensed healthcare providers • Clinical evaluation for eligibility for weight management treatment • Prescribing of compounded tirzepatide medication when medically appropriate • Ongoing medical monitoring, follow-up care, and dosage adjustments • Delivery of prescribed medications to your door Our Services are available to adults 18 years of age and older residing in select U.S. states where our providers are licensed to practice. Services are not available in all states.

3. Medical Disclaimer

The content on our website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions regarding a medical condition. The Services do not replace the relationship between you and your primary care physician. RETA MD is not an emergency medical service. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately. Individual results may vary. Weight loss results depend on adherence to treatment, diet, and exercise. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes or results.

4. User Eligibility & Account Requirements

To use our Services, you must: • Be at least 18 years of age • Be a resident of a state where our Services are available • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials • Notify us immediately of unauthorized use of your account You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or provide inaccurate information.

5. Telehealth Consent

By using our telehealth services, you acknowledge and consent to: • Receiving healthcare services via electronic communications • The risks and limitations of telehealth as described in our Telehealth Informed Consent • The potential for your provider to determine that telehealth is not appropriate for your condition You may withdraw consent for telehealth services at any time. 6. Prescription Medications

GLP-1 medications are prescription drugs and should only be used under the supervision of a licensed healthcare professional. A valid prescription from an authorized prescriber is required before dispensing. • All prescriptions are issued at the sole discretion of our licensed healthcare providers based on clinical evaluation. • Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. They are prepared by licensed compounding pharmacies and have not undergone FDA evaluation for safety, effectiveness, or quality. • RETA MD does not manufacture any medications. • RETA MD has no direct affiliation with Eli Lilly and Company, Novo Nordisk, or any pharmaceutical manufacturer. • Medications are dispensed by licensed 503A compounding pharmacies in the United States. • You agree to use medications only as prescribed and to report any adverse effects to your provider immediately.

7. Pricing & Payment

• Service fees are disclosed prior to purchase and at checkout. • All fees are in U.S. dollars. • Payment is required at the time of service. • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and HSA/FSA payments. • Prices are subject to change with notice. • We do not process insurance claims directly.

8. User Responsibilities

By using our Services, you agree to: • Provide truthful and accurate medical history and health information • Use the Services only for lawful purposes • Not misrepresent your identity, age, or health status • Not share your account credentials with others • Not attempt to obtain medications for others through your account • Comply with your prescribed treatment plan • Report adverse effects and health changes to your provider promptly • Not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit our content without permission

9. Intellectual Property

All content on retamd.com, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Reta MD Holdings LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from our website without prior written consent. The RETA MD name and logo are trademarks of Reta MD Holdings LLC.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RETA MD AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. Our total liability for any claims related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory upon which the claim is based. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall be resolved as follows: 1. Informal Resolution: You agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at legal@retamd.com. We will try to resolve the matter within 30 days. 2. Binding Arbitration: If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. 3. Class Action Waiver: You agree that any arbitration or legal proceeding shall be conducted on an individual basis only. You waive the right to participate in class actions or class arbitrations. 4. Small Claims Exception: Either party may bring an individual action in small claims court.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings not subject to arbitration shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
